Refund Policy
At WonderWorld Study Abroad Consultants, we strive to provide the best service to our clients.
We do not charge service fees for career counseling, visa guidance, accommodation support, and pre-orientation. Our costs are covered by universities and education technology companies we partner with. However, students may still be responsible for paying university-related fees, such as application, registration, or processing fees where applicable.
Once services such as consultation and, visa have been completed and granted, and the student starts attending the university and decides to stop classes or change their course refund policies will be according to the university they applied to. The refund policies regarding tuition fees will be as per the university they are attending.
If a student decides not to attend after paying tuition, the refund will follow the university's policy. Refunds are handled directly between the student and the university. Most universities set withdrawal deadlines and may deduct non-refundable deposits or administrative fees. Generally, early withdrawals receive a full or partial refund, while late withdrawals may not. If a visa is denied, students are usually eligible for a full or a near-full refund.
To learn about a university's refund policy, please check their website or ask us to confirm with the university on your behalf. If eligible, you may be required to submit a formal refund request by completing a necessary form.

Students paying the regular tuition fee for studies in Cyprus and China will not be charged any service fee.
For partial scholarship seats in China, we charge a small non-refundable service fee. This is payable only after the student passes the university's interview and entrance exam, receives a partial scholarship offer, and agrees to the university's terms.
